This material makes an excellent small bonsai it is related to the Hibiscus. The flowers look like small open face bright pink hibiscus blooms, the leaves are shaped like maple leaves. The more sun they are given the more compact they will stay, they grow quickly so if you like to prune this one is for you, to encourage blooms keep the seed pods picked off.
