ABOUT ORDERING MATERIALS

Our Minimum order is $25.00 any orders less that that will be charged and extra $5.00 fee. The handling fee on orders is $7.95. An extra shipping fee to be determined on the day of shipping applies to Tree Gallery trees.

The plants that we fill your order with are the best that we have available at the time of your order. Not all materials are identical and plants of a given type are not guaranteed to be uniform in size and color throughout the year.

We propagate year round and strive to have most of our materials available throughout the year. The best seasons for growth however, are summer and spring. Consequently we have a wider variety of plant materials available for sale in the fall. Subsequently, all materials are subject to availability on a first come first serve basis. On occasion we cannot fill an order due to unexpected stock shortages. In these instances we have several options to accommodate your needs. We will inform you and can: hold your order until the particular plant becomes available; replace the particular plant with similar material of the same size; replace the particular plant with the same material in a different size; or refund you for that particular plant. If you are placing a minimum order, please specify any plants you would prefer us to substitute in the case we are not able to properly fill your order.

Shipping and packaging live plants is a difficult procedure that requires a mixture of delicacy and timing to ensure the survival and quality of your plants. Over the past decade we have developed a shipping system we are confident in. We find that the best time to ship plants is when nighttime temperatures are above 36°F and below 90°F. We have developed shipping methodologies that allow us to ship even in coldest weather. If, however, we feel that weather conditions would be detrimental to your materials we will notify you and hold your materials until conditions are more favorable. Orders are processed and filled within two weeks. UPS is our primary shipper.

We realize that unexpected problems occur occasionally. If you have any problems or run into difficulties, please contact us quickly so we can deal with the problem appropriately.
